Information you send us

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number and message. Job applications also ask about your phone number, role interests, availability, experience, interest in Arcade 11 and working-age eligibility. Public work links and promotion examples are optional.

We use this information to respond to inquiries and review applications. Forms send it to Arcade 11 management by email. This form handler does not store a separate submission database or accept attachments. Our email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver and protect these services.

Other services

Ordering, rewards, gift cards, event inquiries and catering use Toast. Merchandise checkout uses Shopify. Information you submit on those sites is handled under their privacy practices. Social links open their respective platforms. Sending a message or application does not itself subscribe you to marketing email.

Website measurement

If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, broad traffic sources, device/browser characteristics and actions such as ordering links, party/catering links and successful contact/application submissions. Google uses cookies and processes technical connection information to provide this service. We do not send names, contact details, application answers or message contents to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. Optional Analytics does not load until you allow it. Choose Not now to decline, or use Analytics settings in the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choice. We remember your choice on this browser for up to 180 days; browser privacy signals keep optional Analytics off. Our Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Reports cover participating visitors, not every website visitor. The hosting service may process technical request information to operate and protect the website. Form contents are not sent to conversion analytics.
